Surf line replaced Magic Seaweed and is a surf report that provides a five day forecast of sea conditions. It is not designed for sea swimmers but you can still use the data displayed to make informed decisions on whether to head to the beach for a swim or not. There are only guides for surfs spots so not all swimming beaches will be in the app. Here's a guide to understanding the data so you can get a better idea of what to expect before heading down to the beach. Remember you will need to assess the risk again when you are at the beach. The app is a forecast, which in essence is someone’s best guess based on tide, weather and atmospheric data available. It doesn’t consider your swim ability, beach topography, submerged hazards etc.
